Q: I am thinking about registering my son/daughter for the beach volleyball clinic but I am not sure what skill level to pick?
A: Our beach clinics are designed to separate your son/daughter based on their skill level. A beginner level player is someone that has none to very little experience, has very little knowledge of the game, or has never played in a beach tournament before. An intermediate level player is someone that has one to two years of experience, has some understanding of the game or has played in a few beach tournaments. An advanced level player is someone who has been playing in beach tournaments for 3 plus years and has a clear understanding of the game, and possesses all the skills needed to play beach volleyball.
Q: Since there are all different ages and skill levels, how will my daughter be grouped at your camp?
A: All campers will be grouped according to age, skill level, and experience. If needed, the coaching staff will adjust players during the morning session to find the appropriate grouping.
Q: Can my son/daughter stay overnight?
A: No; this is strictly a day clinic.
Q: Are meals provided?
A: No; we ask that your son or daughter bring a packed lunch and plenty of snacks. Water will be provided.
Q: What does my son/ daughter need to bring?
A: Your son/daughter needs to be sure to bring a water bottle, lunch, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, beach towel, and sand socks if it is a hot day! There will be a cooler to store any perishable items.
Q: What does my son/daughter wear to the clinic?
A: Your son/daughter needs to wear shorts/spandex and a T-shirt/ tank top. We do not allow any campers to wear swimsuits or show their midriff.
Q: What if the weather does not permit?
In the event of lightning and/or heavy rain; we will seek shelter in the closest building. Weather delays may push clinic schedule back. If the weather does not allow for the entire day, the clinic will be rescheduled.
Q: Can parents come and watch during camp?
A: Parents are permitted to attend any session during the clinic.
Q: Can I schedule my son/daughter to take a PBA Campus Tour?
